Niki Riley began her twirling journey with the Tennessee Twirlers in 1981 at the age of 5. She had a love for all twirling but learned at an early age that being a part of a team was her passion. She is a former Tennessee’s Majorette Doll, Miss Tennessee of Baton Twirling, Grand Champion of Twirl, Grand Champion of Two-Baton, & Grand Champion of Three-Baton. Throughout college, Niki was a Feature Twirler for Middle Tennessee State University’s Band of Blue.
Niki began teaching/coaching at the age of 12 and later became a USTA level 2 coach and judge. She enjoys judging but prefers being able to work with her twirlers “behind the scenes” at competitions. Competing and coaching has given her the opportunity to travel throughout the United States, as well as to Canada, England, Italy, & France.
Niki currently resides in Greenbrier, Tennessee with her husband and daughter. She is the Middle Tennessee Area Coordinator for the Tennessee Twirlers, Majorette Coach for Middle Tennessee State University, and a 4th grade teacher.
